Tiger Gage
Designed and manufactured by Stark Industrial, the Tiger Gage is a wireless tube ID gage for measuring in the tubing industry. Stark Industrial brought together some of the best names in measurement and data collection to achieve the goal of accurate wireless tube measuring from up to 20 feet away.
Operation
When the "Sled" is inserted into one end of a tube, the Mitutoyo indicator is preset and the Microridge wireless data collection is started. At the control case, measurements are wirelessly received and printed on a Mahr SPC Printer. The sled is then pulled through the tube by a graduated measuring tape, and measurements are sent at a specified time interval.
As an option, the Tiger Gage is also available with a Mitutoyo Measurlink SPC Station.
