In order to manufacture great parts, we need to have the best precision measuring equipment available. Our temperature controlled quality lab has a full complement of standard measuring equipment as well as some items not typically seen at contract manufacturers.
- Our Mitutoyo Contracer has the ability to non-destructively trace the internal or external profile of a part, taking up to 80,000 data points per inch, before performing a dimensional analysis on a computer.
- Our laser micrometer can measure diameters to an accuracy of .000001".
- To measure small or intricate features we use microscopes with integrated vision systems.
In 2008 Stark Industrial became ISO 9001:2000 certified in an effort to better serve customers who require certification.
