Many holes are either not cost effective or impossible to drill using conventional means. The Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) method enables even the smallest holes to be manufactured.
Stark's small hole drilling capabilites include:
- Hole size from .008" - .250" diameter x 12" deep
- Materials: Electrical conductivity is the only requirement. Hardened tool steels and carbide aren't a problem!
- Prototype or production quantities
- Short turnaround time
- Holes manufactured on a Sodick K1CN CNC precision drilling machine
