Zero Spindle
The Zero Spindle is a complete inspection system for checking concentricity, squareness, and roundness.
The Zero Spindle System features:
- Precision spindles accurate to less than .000025 T.I.R.
- Precision arbors for internal locating - plain, threaded, and splined diameters
- Precision chucks for internal and external locating - plain and threaded diameters
- Precision magnetic and tapped hole face plates
- Everything you need to build your own Zero Spindle Inspection Fixtures
ACCURATE: To less than.000025 T.I.R.
RUGGED: Suitable for the production floor
VERSATILE : Combine with arbors, chucks, face plates, or specially designed fixtures.
ECONOMICAL: Laboratory accuracy at shop floor prices.
Threaded Hole Locating Plugs & Centerline Flex Plugs
Features
- Positive grip on flank angles regardless of threaded hole size. Center is concentric with threaded section within .0002 TIR for probe location of coordinate measuring machines.
- The .2500 +/- .0001 shank is concentric to the threaded section within .0002 TIR prior to slotting and may be used with micrometers or plate inspection setups as an "over-pin" measurement.
- Used with v-block, concentricity checks can be made with other diameters.
For concentricity and squareness applications, please email or fax Stark a part drawing at 330-966-5110.
Surveillance Masters
Micrometers, Calipers, Circular Geometry Measuring Equipment, and Coordinate Measuring Machines require regularly scheduled calibration to insure accuracy and compliance to standards. Glastonbury Southern offers Surveillance Masters to meet these requirements.
Micrometer Masters
- English - Range from 1/2" to 12"
- Metric - Range from 12.5mm to 300mm
Caliper Masters
- English - range from 1" to 6" outside jaws - 1/2" to 4-1/2" inside jaws
- Metric - range from 25mm to 150mm outside jaws - 12.5mm to 112.5mm inside jaws
Depth Micrometer Masters
- English - range from .50" to 11.50" in ±.0001" or ±.0002" accuracy
- Metric - range from 12.5mm to 127.50mm in ±.0025mm or ±.005mm accuracy
Geometric Chek
- Roundness
- Perpendicularity (squareness)
- Circular Flatness
- Run Out
- Parallelism
- Co-Axiality
QuikChek
- Diameter
- Linear length
- Squareness X to Y axis - then X to Z axis
- Measure 45° length for volumetric check
