Micro Hole or Small Hole Drilling
Many holes are either not cost effective or impossible to drill using conventional means. The Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) method enables even the smallest holes to be manufactured.
Our small hole drilling capabilites include:
- Hole size from .006" - .250" diameter x 12" deep
- Materials: Electrical conductivity is the only requirement. Hardened tool steels and carbide aren't a problem!
- Prototype or production quantities
- Short turnaround time
- Our new Current 5-axis Small Hole Drilling Machine can drill holes in nearly any orientation and is perfect for applications involving different diameters and angles.
